From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Kelly was the CFO of Victory Ventures and affiliated funds with capital in excess of $200 million and worked in various capacities with several of the portfolio companies, including serving as Senior Vice President–Strategic Planning for Paradyme Human Resources Corporation. He has assisted in complex financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, turnarounds and leveraged buyouts. From 1991 to 1995, he was the CFO of Tigera Group, a NASDAQ company. Before that he purchased and sold a leasing business with invested capital of $200 million and was CFO and General Manager of a division of the Hertz Corporation and an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Kelly received an MBA degree from Baruch College and a BBA degree from Manhattan College.
