Jon Mandel

Jon Mandel is a 30 year veteran of the advertising, media, investment and communications industries,  most recently holding the CEO position at NielsenConnect, a subsidiary of The Nielsen Company. During his tenure he successfully integrated Neilsen ratings data with consumer behavior to create enriched business and targeting information. Prior to Nielsen, Jon held a long-term executive positions with Grey Global Group, overseeing the creation and launch of the industry’s first online-only media agency (media.com) and was also one of the drivers in the formation of MediaCom Worldwide, Inc. At MediaCom Worldwide Jon served as Chairman, Chief Global Buying Officer and Co-Chief Executive of MediaCom Latino. Jon currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Citadel Broadcasting, the International Radio and Television Foundation, the John A. Reisenbach Foundation, and the New York chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, in addition to sitting on advisory boards at eXelate and Indoor Direct.
